fantastic location 2 swimming pools (indoor and outdoor both heated while we were staying there first week of september 2022) own (+)the terrace eith the dtylish swimming pool snd the grest view from both there and from our room (-)outdoor pool was closed for renovation (+)the pool..the beach..the room. the staff....it's what ypu expect in a sofitel hotel...excellent (-)outdoor pool was unfortunately not hot enough to have a long comfortable swim in the stunning surroundings (+) the outside pool was just so super relaxing and stunning (+)breakfast: lots of delicious healthy choices wonderful heated outdoor seawater pool very pleasant staff english (+)staff, our room which was a suite was beautiful and had the most amazing view of the ocean, the pool looked directly over the beach and access to the beach was so easy (+) loved the pool (+) breakfast was outstanding, and the views from the outdoor pool were amazing as well

hotel was very tired and run down in both the bedrooms and gym/pool areas, it felt damp and grubby particularly in the gym

we were able to use the swimming pool of the spa for the morning swim and were mostly alone at that hour

for a 5 star hotel to have their bars both inside the building and the swimming pool unmanned is bad enough but, the air on not working in late july is unforgivable
