got us a bbq for our unit great location for golf
more of a sleeps 3 than 4 (unless you have kids) no view of waterfront from bed (not much to complain
we used the gazebo area to meet my friend & his kids (perfect for that) we also played games on the beautiful lawn
they didn't claim the kids until they arrived, maybe that was it

i loved self check in and the bonus room for playing pool
the property had a bonus club house with a pool table and extra supplies to make the stay more comfortable
bonus free washer and dryer with detergent offered and a pool table/ table soccer game in the game room to play while one waits
extra towels were available and a game room with board games, football, and pool table
could have been a bit more counter space in the kitchen and a clothes hook or 2 near the front door

pool breakfast room all very nice
like many places, upkeep is hard to do and it shows in the grounds pool and hot tub, etc.
pool not available, but seasonal thing so it was ok.
