very strange for a spa hotel

spa facilities are great (when they're switched on)

the pool area, the delicious food and comfortable bedroom

understand that the pool was solar heated

very secure property with parking and lots of guards

nice breakfast with view of volcan fuego

more breakfast selections ,incorporate more traditional dishes. everything else was excellent

the breakfast was tasty, and the entire staff was very helpful to any of our questions about the city

for this price i would expect a better breakfast. it was pretty basic; bread, fruits and coffee

it’s a complex for weddings or celebrations where the family could stay, they don’t have pool or nice restaurants, they send you to porta hotel to use pool restaurants and it’s cheaper

it didn't have a pool - however we were aware and we didn't mind.

they should have a swimming pool

it was great being able to use the pool at their sister hotel too

that there will be a wedding (some part of the hotel would then not be accessible) no swimming pool
