the water on the pool is a little cold
i really wanted to get in the pool but it was out of order

shuttle service was good which made it easy for us to transfer to
helping staff. the guy at front desk was friendly and shuttle bus was good.
) the only thing i wish it was on website that there is no shuttle after 11 pm, cause they waited for quite while and only after understood to take
airport was close. shuttle left on time. room was excellent

good breakfast, room service, clean, near to burger king, starbucks and bus stop line q12
actually thought the hotel was clean and neat, but its good when you travel without kids
the rooms are small. so with kids withus it was little difficult to move around.
to upstairs parking was tight and not easy to negotiate
there isn t a bar restaurant in the hotel like it says. you have to walk to another building

i stayed in had a busted door knob to bathroom, but the room service cleaning staff was excellent, diligent and helpful
liked that i wasn t disturb by room service every 30 minutes
the very first-morning room service came and we advise we don't need anyone
the carpet was dirty. room service will not change towel if it s not thrown on the floor.
was in poor condition room was not clean up or change sheets next day after requesting front desk room service came and fixed same old dirty sheets for three nights towels were washed but smelly
