our main reason for choosing this location was because they are one of the few hotels with a pool that is open in october (most hotels close their pools for a few months) with the heat it was

only unpleasant surprise was the size of the pool

had 2 spacious rooms with a separate living room area and kitchen something we didn't expect

think the room should have had glasses as it had a tiny kitchen with nothing other than coffee cups but otherwise everything was spot on

easy to access everything in city centre rooms were great - modern well furnished with a small kitchen too mostly updated rooms - though usb charging points would have helped great places to eat

there was a very small kitchen in the room with a refrigerator

the added luxury of having a spa bath in our room made for a lovely treat after all the walking of a city break

the hotel is lovely, with an olde-worlde feel, we had a huge room with spa bath and rituals bath products, and even got bbc news - first time on our trip
