great location for millfield pool and outlet village both walkable

location perfect being on the level roads in street - near shops, swimming pool (in summer), and also my daughter and family who live nearby

gym didn’t open till 8am when normal people go to work

bar meal in the evening was excellent and good value

only bar menu served in the evening

the hotel was great, pool nice and clean, room was clean , very friendly place, lovely food too

the spa was lovely, we didn't have treatments but used the pool and jacuzzi which was great

the breakfast options were adequate and ideal for what we needed, lots of tea, coffee, sugar, jams and

the kitchen was kindly stocked with cereals, tea, coffee, milk and a baguette, which was not expected

kids loved it too

this meant we could separate the kids at night so they had a few hours sleep before the very early start of 3am
