when i checked they were willing to accommodate my request for a late check out (1 hour late) so i could make a web presentation

the room was very clean and spacious

the pool was amazing

granddaughter loved the pool and racket ball court!

should have a dress code for the pool area and enforce it.

we like how close it was to silverwood and the value was well worth the cost! great pool!

pool was big and warm

the pool and hot tub were in seperate buildings, but so clean, quiet and very nice

the only issue that i found was that the pool was in another building across the street

the pool had a nice sun deck on it and our room had a small patio so we could enjoy the evening

hot tub and indoor pool were drained

we were right above the pool so had a hard time relaxing while kids were in the pool at night.

unfortunately the swimming pool was awaiting a part and we were unable to use

no breakfast, pool and hot tub were closed. and the alarm clock didn't work.

our kids liked the blueberry muffins they had for breakfast and the front desk night person was very
