i would've like a bigger swimming pool. but the experience was good

i love the views from the room, the warm pool and the walks thew the trails to the hotel waterfall

we did the trails, swam in the infiniti pool, had dinner at the restaurant, purchased at the gift shop and arranged for transportation from

it has three pools, we only swam in the sunset pool which has stunning views over san jose and despite the hotel

loved this beautiful hillside property and its stunning views, botanical gardens, infinity pool, 3-mile hiking trails

miss everything that the hotel gives you - the animals area, la paz waterfalls and the amazing pool and hot tub

too cold in the pool , maybe a little heat would help that pool by the jacuzzi.

the heated pool with a view to the jungle was amazing and came in handy as it can be a bit chillier during the

only one restaurant on site open. all pools and restaurants not open. only one small pool open.

great location near to animal rescue centre (we could walk). pool was great. (-)pool was quite cool... difficult to enjoy. (+)the room, the pool, the restaurant, the staff. (*) the hotel grounds are beautiful, the pool is nice, and the included breakfast was delicious (+) we saw hundreds of animals, even two lizzards near the huge hotel pool, where every now and then also birds came to drink and take a bath (+) it s scenic, the room was big and comfortable, the pool is great, the food is excellent and the staff are wonderful (+) lovely pool (+)property and grounds are beautiful, and the pool is huge (+) loved the balcony overlooking the pool (+)pool staff

their web site touts four bars but actually only has one working bar and

no gym anymore and property is under utilized.

' and, oh yeah, the bar is very nice with a good wine selection as well

there is also very nice garden, we had our breakfast there and it was delicious

the owner was very friendly and prepared a delicious breakfast
