advertised for an indoor pool, wasn't available, very upset 4 year old

the pool area is nice and well kept, and the breakfast is good with plenty to choose from

pool not in service. carpet worn bathroom not clean faucet dripping. needs updating

pool was not working. had to be moved rooms due to window locks not working and a gap in window.

well, we paid for a hotel with a pool and it wasn't in service for our entire stay.

only problem the swimming pool needed to be cleaned other than that it was a fantastic stay very nice clean rooms wonderful

the pool was suppose to be heated. it was freezing cold.

important- dated furnishings and the pool wasn’t open

also, since the pool is not open, it would be good for that to be known when reserving

the lamp and the fridge had water all over in the bottom of it, the second night which was inside poolside, was much quieter and the beds were softer
