you need to ask someone to unlock the gate every time you want to use a swimming pool.

access to pool requires a trip to the spa desk check in who run the pool separately

and getting access to the pool required us to have a staff person let us in

the resort was very clean! we loved the pool craft room and movie theater.

pool facility was amazing. lobby staff was so accommodating

really, but having to cross the street to go to the pool in winter wasn’t great

due to covid there were things that were out of their control like the pool policy and rooftop being closed

the pool water was salty and had an unpleasant smell to us.

for a hot tub near the pool :) and the shower in our unit inexplicable has two shower heads at opposite ends of the tub,

we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub, which was even open during the off season

the kids had a good time in the pool

having an indoor pool with reservations made us feel much safer using it

the meet and greet on wednesday was awesome the pool was perfect i would definitely come back

the covid restrictions, they had there pool and hot tub still open - you had to pick a time slot & only your family was in at that time
