everyone in our group liked their rooms and since we had 20 kids with us, the gaming room and the pool area were a big hit

the bnb has limited facilities -it does have a pool but it was closing for the season on the day we arrived

happened to be the only guests at the property, which was lovely as our children could use the pool and hot tub without disturbing others

had a wide variety of tasty breakfast foods, and also screened in porch over looking the pool which was very soothing while eating breakfast

we loved the setting- very beautiful landscaping and so peaceful. we really enjoyed the pool.
