i wish the property had a pool/hot tub.

if the hotel provided a complimentary continental breakfast, and had better amenities like a pool and a larger gym

gym was dark.

was so friendly and so swift with accommodations such as room service, getting ice for champagne, more bath salts, room lockout etc
