sauna, steam room and rec pool was disappointing

indoor pool closes at 7 p

the daily resort fees, should have included more than just pool and rec center, which most hotels usually have the same

coffeemaker did not work properly. pool was not very clean and hot tub was closed unfortunately

unfortunately the pools seem to close earlier and the mushroom that all the kids love at the outdoor pool is broken

the floors were not clean in room or bathroom. pool was not large as it appeared in pictures.

the pool and hot tub was much needed after a long drive and the room was huge and bed was comfy

the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. the pool area was the cleanest i've ever seen.

took a long time to get towels when we needed to shower after the pool but i understood they were sold out and had to do laundry

the pool was great, and the breakfast was good, but there were no eggs (for us, it was not a problem)

a day of hiking, a dip in the salt water pool & hot tub was so satisfying
