room, lobby, and pool were clean

it was in a good location and i love the hot tub and pool

since thus was a business trip, we skipped using the pool or hot tub, and with everything in marshalltown to do, we didn't get to use the modest

we love the pool and hot tub and breakfast is a bonus

we typically stay at this location for our yearly show. the pool is so warm and nice

had nice pool .

no air in pool area was very hot

the pool water was green and cloudy, it needs better maintenance
