tv was too big for the room i had evening meal room service but had to juggle the furniture around to eat the room in general seemed too small for

veggie option for dinner poor. spa lacked a pool and jacuzzi didn't seem very clean

says in the title bridge hotel and spa, we thought there would be a pool there, but there was not

sauna and steam room very good, shame there was no jacuzzi or pool

everything was perfect would have been even more special with a pool but not complaining as all other facilities in spa were

villa and pool were a bit misleading since it was a new modern cabin and hot tub.

stayed in the pool villa which was fantastic, the space was very private and the hot tub is great

pool cabin was away from the rest of the facilities so you had privacy and your own space which was

villa was fantastic, so peaceful when sat in the spa pool, beautifully decorated brilliant interior furniture, the bathrooms were delightful too

didn t get the room we wanted and we was told that we can only stay in the pool and hot tub for an hour the hot tub was

lovely to have access to the spa with swimming pool and jacuzzi etc

about using pool not very up to date

the swimming pool was booked up for the saturday afternoon

really accommodating changed rooms right away, leisure centre and pool lovely, breakfast lots of choice

stayed here with my grandaughter, the pool was an added bonus

and has been done to a very high standard we got upgraded for free as it was my birthday the pool table in the library was an added bonus - loved it

wish their was pool

disappointed there was no swimming pool. everything else was excellent

the spa was lovely, with an beautiful swimming pool and a range of excellent treatments

setting, staff and comfort. pool was a real bonus

the pool was quite small and extremely busy at times with a couple of members determined to get their

service, staff, eye to detail. swimming pool was great.

i used the pool twice in our stay, a lovely find in a city hotel

food was amazing and to finish the pool facilities were fantastic

however paying over 100 for a room with no working tv and no wifi to connect our phones to meant we had no entertainment within our room from checking in to

the bed was great, nice and comfy and the wifi was good

news about our free upgrade we then got to choose our very own hand soaps from their soap bar collection

bar next door a bit noisy but coped

the room was clean and tidy with free wifi, phone and tv and tea and coffee facilities
