the pool and hot tub were closed and there were no signs until you reached the pool, which is outside

location of pool area is inconvenient, pool and jacuzzi disappointing and small in comparison to resort

policies were inconsistent (one day no mask needed while social distancing on the pool deck & the next day it would be required)

in the room was absolutely filthy and the jacuzzi was extremely low on water and dirty and the pool floor needs to be cleaned and redone which wasn't very pleasant considering the time of year

broke glass by the pool and it had to be closed for a day while the glass was cleaned up

felt like a very safe area with toddler’s, the pool was great i loved that you could get your streaming apps on your tv and everything was close
