(-)pool area was way too hot (-)front staff confused about whether room was ready. pool was green

clean, modern, convenient, great breakfast, fruit/waters/coffees out 24x7 (a nice plus), friendly staff, very comfortable beds, (+) great breakfast every morning (+)great breakfast, friendly staff. (+)no eggs, but breakfast was good. slept well (+)breakfast was the best i have seen in a motel. staff was very nice. (+)great location, right on highway. comfy bed. breakfast was better than expected. good value. (+)loved the breakfast buffet! rooms were very clean. staff were attentive and very pleasant. my son loved the pool.

if there was a hot tub .also if the lake was swimable. definitely could use whirlpool hot tubes.
