parking every way in columbia is tight but you do have parking so if you get a big car it might not

traffic it can take a long time to get south to the museums and other main tourist attractions - wifi was atrocious (sometimes non existent) considering the location and price of the property - (-)the wifi cut out every 5min and also there is no heating so cold in the mornings (+) wifi in lobby was fast
