swimming pool delightfully warm

the swimming pool changing rooms need an upgrade.

the shower floor was quite slippery but it did provide a mat - i suggest you use it :) the pool was so lovely and warm (

the hotel is amazing and pool is a nice addition to thr stay

we really wanted to have a swim in the pool before check out, but had cut our time a bit fine after breakfast

pool, steam, sauna etc was fab

pool and spa were superb, and the staff who sorted my bespoke room service were fantastic

children s hours in the swimming pool could be longer .

decor, great location, staff very friendly with initiative, nice pool / spa, garden would be amazing in summer but this was march so need to visit again to see it

the massage, the pool, the receptionist, the sauna, the jacuzzi, they were all splendid

my stay at rafayel i would not want them to change anything, i hope they can bring a swimming pool and give offers on

bad, the interior could be better, the spa could also have hot water in the pool instead of medium heated water

water temperature on swimming pool was too cold

only thing i didn't like is that there is no free parking facilities and that the pool in the spa was out of order
