oz has lovely gardens, a great pool, and is a good concept for groups travelling together if the main house is accessible

is a noisy kitchen extractor fan above the old house affecting the breakast terrace and (smaller) pool area
the pool is dirty and it's facilities are run down
pool areas were not well maintained, the cenote and pools were not clean, the beds around the main
hacienda hotel is a destination in its own right; there are several pools, an artificial cenote, mayan village, and extensive grounds to explore
the room was dirty and full of insects, they don’t clean the swimming pool since ages

they accommodated us to what ever we needed and let us enjoy the pool pass hours

small place but no big courtyard and pool 5 blocks away
no pool but you can use the one down the street at nomads

if i had to mention something it was the pool service could have been quicker
all, the main reason i reserved the master suite is because of the large bath tub and the plunge pool
will try those next time we come back)
our room was upstairs so we had a jacuzzi, i understand other rooms have a private pool
which was very good
