hacienda hotel is a destination in its own right; there are several pools, an artificial cenote, mayan village, and extensive grounds to explore

pool areas were not well maintained, the cenote and pools were not clean, the beds around the main

all, the main reason i reserved the master suite is because of the large bath tub and the plunge pool

our room was upstairs so we had a jacuzzi, i understand other rooms have a private pool

if i had to mention something it was the pool service could have been quicker

rosie helped us book tastings, tours and restaurants ahead of arriving and alejandro at the bar was super informative about mezcal and tequila and made delicious cocktails

so nice to relax by the pool.

it is a relatively small hotel so it feels private, but also it is big enough to have a pool, a restaurant with a great breakfast included, and the rooms are spacious

have to clue why the pool is there - it s impossible to use it and it produces a lot of
