amazing view from our room. pool was super clean.

too bad the pool was undergoing renovation and was therefore not useable, but they told us beforehand

we also loved the pool and workout area

like the swimming pool could use some repair, but otherwise my kids enjoyed the pool and the temperature was good

if you have difficulty walking or dislike stairs, but it boasts a fantastic terrace with a pool, jacuzzi, and a beautiful city view

is a bar nearby and it had loud music late evening

bar across street had music until 3 am and then the people from bar were yelling after bar closed

but you are mere steps away from a really great coffee bar and only five minutes to plenty of restaurants

restaurant only open for breakfast and i dont think the bar was ever open.

but on that side the music from the bar across the street and the troubadours on the street under the balcony went on until 11 p

my wife and sister-in-law could not stop raving about the basement pool and hot tub

need to improve service little bit since they didn t have pool towels and we only had one towel in our room to use

the wifi was slow at times, but when it rains in mexico sometimes this seems to always slow down

other rooms around guanajuato but was worth every penny especially when looking for a room with a spa bath

lovely luxury, beautiful rooms and grounds, deep warm pool, great food, quiet nights sleep & the service from all the staff was warmly professional

we would stay here just to enjoy the spa, indoor and outdoor swimming pool

traffic noise considering it's right next to the highway, though a little does come from the pool area

that require a few more washes before they are given to clients as they do not dry you had to use pool towels
