the pool was clean, beautiful and the lifeguard was so good with the kids
staff,cleanliness, comfortable, nice pool & outside seating area
never stayed at a hotel that had an actual lifeguard at their pool
the staff were perfessional and so great with us i just loved my stay was definetly satisfied and pool was so clean

the hotel also boasts a swimming inside pool, perfect for some fun-filled water activities with the kids

we swam in the pool once, everything was great, on the first day i noticed an empty glass near the pool, it
just me and my son were in the pool, not a single other person
the pool isn’t accessible all day due to swim lessons.

our stay the staff are very accommodating, the breakfast, the clean room, the lobby, and the pool
we would have loved to use the pool on the rooftop,but,it was closed due to the season

the only downside was that we were there too late in the season to take advantage of the pool

elevators extremely slow. hated this. also, would like indoor pool to be open later than 9 pm.

if we had to suggest something it would be to add a shower in the gym/pool area
i liked the size of the room and the pool. i also like the soft pillows

only thing i did not like about my stay this time was the pool area

the pool should be heated for more comfortable but i still loved the property
