reasonable pet fee and room rates

asked the staff for extra towels & was told both times that they did not have a key to access the laundry room - but we had seen other staff coming from them

full not queen/king cleanliness in common areas unacceptable laundry/stairways and

maybe not smoke it in the laundry room at the beginning of the ground floor hallway

no laundry bag in room

the pool and hot tub were a bit small but i sill would go and stay there again

pool could be warmer.

pool and jacuzzi were perfect after a day on our feet all day

pool looked nice but appeared to always be crowded and felt rather uncomfortable working out in the

thought out to maximize space and privacy and was very quiet even on the first floor close to the pool
