the location is the best part of this hotel -rink, pool and shopping were all walkable

use too strong of a laundry soap on their sheets and pillow cases - i actually had an allergic reaction to them

poor front desk lady had to do laundry for hotel as well

location and reasonable price. fitness room is ok.

was clean, the pool was very nice with the large slide and warm water, the breakfast was good, staff were

didn't get all 10s because the swimming pool was closed and both washing machines in the guest laundry were out of order and we

pool and exercise facilities closed due to covid health orders

no pool

only complaint was that the pool and hot weren t open past 11 which is not a big deal anyways

no pool but actually didn't really have time to use so all good
