(-)could use more towels at the pool and our sink didn t work quite right in the room (-)the water park could include a wave pool. (+)that you didn't have a normal pool to just lounge in, only one small mirror, slow elevator. (-)breakfast is not included in room stay. there's no actual pool. (+) we were on the 1st floor, we enjoyed being super close to the pool area (+) we ate mostly at the restaurant by the pool, the food was good and hot and hit the spot (-)we got a chemical reaction from pool but that means it's super clean!

under an hour to get to & the kids always have a great time in the water park & the

observant-had front desk call my room to see if 1 of my kids got out (no, it was a kids from another room) quick to act on request

the wifi did not work, i was told it was because the hotel was busy

there is a lack of room service, though it states room service available
