the pool was dirty and the hot tub did not work

took adultish teens for a birthday weekend, had a blast in the hot tub/pool area

their hot tub hasn't been working for quite some time i asked before i booked the room if their pool and hot tub were working the gentleman answered yes and that wasn't the case
