reasonable pet fee and room rates

asked the staff for extra towels & was told both times that they did not have a key to access the laundry room - but we had seen other staff coming from them

full not queen/king cleanliness in common areas unacceptable laundry/stairways and

maybe not smoke it in the laundry room at the beginning of the ground floor hallway

no laundry bag in room

water in sink went down slowly, no swimming pool.

pool being closed!! but again covida

needs a bigger gym and pool fixed

wish the pool was open.

an indoor swimming pool which is something i wanted specifically since i had my grandson with me

the lobby was beautiful pool was warm beds where comfy

pool 2-the exhaust fan from the bistro roared below out room- quite annoying 3-could hear the guest

decor was nice, parking was easy, room set up was functional

the pool and hot tub were a bit small but i sill would go and stay there again

pool looked nice but appeared to always be crowded and felt rather uncomfortable working out in the
