hard i'm maintance was working her tail off for everyone bar tender ran the show outside by the pool great guy
food was great and so was the outside pool bar and restaurant

not enough elevators, spend 10 min on average waiting for elevators every time, mediocre pool at best

only 1 pool for such a humongous size of a hotel. pool was very busy. too many people to swim.
i would have liked a bigger pool but it was still very nice and worth the money
