a 5 star establishment, not having a pool was a disappointment

decor, friendly staff, pool, sauna etc restaurant.

playing pool in the bar area were noisy and distracting

unfortunately the pool, sauna etc not available as being refurbished, better to have been told.

location in a quiet zone. river view. clean. pool and sauna.

had a nice pool and gym available and the communal areas were neat and

really enjoyed sauna steam pool very relaxing

the friendliness & cleanliness of the hotel with spacious rooms and relaxing pool area.

the pool area changing rooms are quite dated could be doing with a wee revamp.

the pool sauna and spa was a bonus

it was nice to have the use of the swimming pool and saunas

loved the sauna and steam room but would have liked to have a hot tub but the pool was small

pool was cold .

my husband was playing 18 holes at the carrick course and i used the swimming pool and walked the dog in the incredible surrounding grounds

great breakfast, lovely views and brilliant pool/jacuzzi area.

great my wee boy loved him and the restaurant staff were all lovely too, soft play and pool fab wee family

the breakfast in the morning was really tasty and they have a good selection of vegetarian and vegan

are a family of 4 with 2 kids of 9 and 6

fact that there is a bar with small food selection is great too

do with a water fountain in the pool area not just in the gym area hated the idea of having to go out to use the facility in

staff were so friendly and welcoming ,hotel was just amazing as was breakfast,didn't goto spa or pool but will next stay ,wish we had stayed longer but will return the atmosphere was just so

and you do get giving towels to use in the pool you don't need to take them down from the room

great place was clean and close to town centre. pool was a bonus. will definitely be back

rooms were great and staff were lovely, only thing i would have to say that s negative is the pool opening at 4 as in the evening was when most of our plans were so we didn t really get to go

the swimming pool is warm and free

pool is open to the public, so i didn't get in for a swim for kids but maybe next time
