the staff is very good, the room, pool, spa, & facilities are awesome
it could have extended hours in the pool area for adults, it currently closes at ten and we arrived at the hotel at 8:45
set up of gym and pool window was just a little awkward but nothing awful.
the pool was the perfect temp and the hot tub was nice and hot/ relaxing
everything from breakfast, to the cleanliness of the room, to the pool, staff, wifi, and laundry facilities were awesome

the pool is totally amazing as well as the hot tub. breakfast was good.
i ended up getting towels from the pool area because they didn't have clean towels to

with the virus i like the fact my grandsons and in were in the pool by are selfs.

i think that the cleaning of the pool/hot tub should be done when it's closed at night

joy to sit outside on a private terrace around the fireplace late at night and by the outdoor pool
