bar and restaurant are really really nice

location was good; breakfast buffet also good; bar with snacks or restaurant available!

no wifi poor tv interface poor value for money air conditioning , noisy , not regulatable

hotel, tapas in the bar good, comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff

was beautifully clean, with great staff, very reasonable food in the bar and comfortable rooms the whole property is unique in that it is part of a middle ages palace

the shared kitchen was equipped very well so you could make yourself nice homemade dinners

they have a washer and kitchen to cook in with several grocery stores nearby

a peaceful place to relax (stayed in the 'apartment' - we'll equipped small kitchen, and large shared kitchen downstairs

and great facilities such as washing machine, coffee machine, herbal teas and a lovely shared kitchen with epic views

no swimming pool for children

the facilities were like swimming pool and etc was extra

the pool and restaurant weren't open because of covid so that can't be counted against them but the

around bath, pictures on booking are way not of what hotel represents; wearing caps in swimming pool, foto’s website show different poor food

we loved the game room with many games from pool table to darts, there is even a slackfline

cool play room for kids and delicious dinner

the animals add some extra fun if you have kids

there is also a small well-equipped gym and sauna but we didn't have time to try it

i didn't use the gym, but it looked fit for purpose

the wifi is excellent and the car park with its ev charging point being a real plus

and the self service bar and snacks area was a nice detail that helped make our stay feel like we were at home

owner was very helpful and lovely, the view was amazing, and the honesty bar was very fun and friendly

mostly the location was amazing we could relax ;) we loved the style how we manage the bar lounge ourselves like fill up to the paper the things you had it was nice experience

worth noting the pool indoors and there is really nowhere to sunbathe.
