grabriel at the pool was great and paco, the concierge, was very helpful

the town of manzanillo is very hot and humid this time of year but once you got on the patio/pool and could feel that ocean breeze the heat and humidity disappeared

i loved all the pools, the restaurants and how large the property was. the gym was nice too.

my biggest complaint is how many people save chairs and then don t come to the pool for hours

beach access was blocked and pool water did not look very

fridge, water pipe sounds in shower , no pool towels available

is hard to find because the police station is next door and pool closes at 9pm would be nice if pool closed later

it was clean. the staff vary nice, the ac working properly, the swimming pool nice.

we ordered some french fries when we were by the pool and after half an hour of waiting had to remind them of the order

need a second foot- wash & safer stairs on north end of pool area
