wanted to use the pool, but we needed a swimming cap and flip-flops

there was no hot tub or jacuzzi, just a small pool which was not available and didn't look clean

hotel, very grand yet modern, huge room, comfortable bed, nice view over bay from terrace and pool area, easy walk to old harbour for pintxos or to metro in to bilbao, staff hugely professional

the building was nice , looks like newly built, the restaurant , the swimming pool sauna .

the spa was closed due to maintenance and there was no morning yoga

parking space in nearby garage - essential if you have car

old fashion room. no wifi in the room. very expensive room, not worth the price.

the staff were friendly and despite the global wifi meltdown checked us in efficiently

the pool area and facilities are a little small but very clean and great sauna.

was fabulous- the decor was lovely, the pool, sauna and changing rooms were clean and kept well stocked with towels etc

not much you could do but the pool and sky bar was a bit limited in size

lovely jacuzzi, steam room and sauna and you get a massage, also a roof top pool with a bar which was the perfect place to see the fireworks for the festival

the hotel is fabulous which includes a lovely outdoor swimming pool, spa facilities and fitness center

and tranquillity coupled with the scenery was amazing, the children of 17 & 18 appreciated the spa baths which was an extra nice touch after long days of exploring the surrounding region
