pod was super clean and very relaxing for our overnight stay with our two kids age 10 and 7

the staff were lovely and the pool great although the sauna was out of action.

the only thing that disappointed me was that i didn’t know that you had to book the pool

excellent clean hotel and room, friendly staff, amazing pool and yummy self serve breakfast

and polite, really nice hotel couldn't fault facility's were exceptional including spa and pool

pool but could do with refurbish

also the staff in particular gary at the pool check in and paul at the door were a massive help to us

the main pool from the thermal village needs to be repaired

didn t really like the plunge pool, because i think it was not working also the ice and snow room was out of order but other than

the spa , pool etc all outstanding

i lost count of all the hot tubs, vitality pools, saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzis
