pool area was very cold

the pool opened at 5am and closed at 10pm which was nice the jacuzzi was amazing

they had a pool table and a wonderful oval bar to sit at with lots of big flat screen tv’s airing the red

clean rooms the pool area was also clean

the pool and hot tub were great, had a very nice workout room

staff and an amazing indoor pool hot tub sauna and steam room and we had it entirely to ourselves for hours

a great deal, and hardly anyone was there - large spacious rooms, premium bedding - nice indoor pool and jacuzzi included - large grounds

we spent most of our weekend there at the pool and hut tub area with our kids

i love the separate pool area, got a great massage, everyone was wonderful

the kids loved the pool

the pool was open but totally understand why it’s closed because of the pandemic right now

the indoor heated pool and our spacious suite was the best parts of our stay.

your fault, but there were a whole family of jamaicans there and they were so loud at the pool in the middle of the day

had been under the assumption there was a pool because of the pictures online but there was not

they had a pool but it was actually at the sports club across the street & was no longer available

shuttle bus driver was not accommodating and doesn't appear to like driving guests to the pool in the building down the road - 10 minutes walk

think it should have a pool put in and a hot tub

we enjoyed the pool, starbucks, and mostly the fire pit outside.

we were just disappointed we didn’t get to swim and enjoy pool time because it was broken
