were great, on arrival we got an upgrade to executive room, the pool, sauna and outside jacuzzi was great

a bonus - to have the use of the swimming pool sauna & steam room,very relaxing

we were able to relax in the swimming pool and sauna, and the breakfast was delicious

changing facilities was not clean men's was unacceptable. covid pool measures could be improved

pool is quite small and you have to book a time slot for safety reasons (so they can control (+) nice swimming pool for the kids to use as well (+)quiet and spacious room. access to pool and steam room. central location. laid back hotel. (+)the pool and the opening times of the pool. comfy rooms. helpful staff. lovely location (-)could do with plastic bags in swimming pool for wet swim wear (+)clean and well appointed public areas really well kept pool small but clean and easy to find and use bedrooms clean and comfortable breakfast good - kids (+)it has a gym and pool (+)facilities pool a nice size (+)little s wimming pool is a lovely extra.
