the pool was quite small and extremely busy at times with a couple of members determined to get their

only criticism if any was that we felt the glass between the swimming pool & reception area of the spa should be frosted like the glass round the jacuzzi as more private

also we loved the swimming pool

the pool was very good for social distance you had to book, only 4 people in

comfortable bed, great shower. nice to relax in the pool after work.

all equally friendly and professional the food was very good and the spa facilities and swimming pool

steam room and showers are fantastic and cannot wait for the swimming pool to be up and running

particularly loved the experience rooms where you could relax after a treatment and the infinity pool on the roof, is so relaxing, you can bliss out and gaze into the trees or up at the stars

unfortunately the pool was unopen due to refurbishment. shame

the pool area was spotless and the facilities really good

has excellent facilities such as decent size pool, steam, sauna

oh & was rushed to get kids & myself showered & dressed from using pool as staff

my son and his friends had loads of fun playing in the pool

location and building are absolutely stunning, the pool area is gorgeous, especially the garden, the bar staff were great, friendly and chatty both

didn t get the room we wanted and we was told that we can only stay in the pool and hot tub for an hour the hot tub was

no loungers by the pool, there were only upright chairs

didn't get to use the pool but can't wait to come back again and try it next time
