the access to the pool my mum is disabled and couldn't get in
found us parking on a very busy day dinner waitress was very helpful and knowledgeable pool attendant let my granddaughter in 10 minutes before closing so she could have her swim luggage
free use of the sauna/spa pool
some parts of swimming pool area seem tired and rusty
i was surprised that we weren’t given bathrobes at the pool to take back to the room - felt a little less
