was great, pool was great, beautiful hotel

i was allowed to check out a little later with no extra charge, because my son wanted to use the pool

the pool is in a neighboring building, so u need to walk outside for a minute or less

entire point of my stay was to have a relaxing night away from home and to have a swim but the pool was closed even though advertised as being open

no pool or fitness center on site. no free on site parking.

the pool had no clean towels. the bed is too soft. there was no hbo channel.

the swimming pool is very small and shallow.

the hot tub and pool were fabulous! good restaurant.

the pool and jacuzzi area were clean and the water clear

got there later than i had planned on and wasn't able to utilize the pool and hot tub during this stay, hopefully next time

to using the jacuzzi while my daughter used the fitness center, however, upon arrival at the pool/jacuzzi friday evening, the jacuzzi had been cordoned off with yellow caution tape

the pool for the kids and the location of the property. close to restaurants and parks

the customer service, the restaurant and pool were all great.

it was also nice to be able to swim in the pool

i was the only other guest i saw at the hotel that i *saw* and i move around a lot

so i felt i was constantly walking around to reach the front desk, the gym, parking, and the pool

beds, nice bathroom with all necessities, great affordable parking, really nice, clean, warm pool

the only thing i can say is that the pool area needs more towels

unfortunately, we missed the pool due to its 7pm closure and lack of heating

just the fact of the covid-19 closing the pool and fitness areas and no breakfast
