it is close to everything and when staying there is the pool/game room for the kids.

the hotel was right on the harbor, very nice, extremely clean, offered breakfast, had 8 floors, a pool, jacuzzi, gym, sold bottles of wine, & had a really nice view

the continental breakfast was excellent and my sons (15 and 10) enjoyed the indoor pool

it would have been nice if the pool was open for the kids.

too many little kids in the pool.

gym great- nice length heated pool (i (+) the pool area is beautiful (-) i find it difficult to locate the restaurant and the hotel pool (+)really child friendly with toys upon arrival and in the pool area (+) pool area relaxing, (although jacuzzi was incredibly hot) - area well maintained and facilities (+)in chocolates the pool and jacuzzi, excellent workout room room was impeccably cleaned (+) added bonus: indoor pool and hot tub (-)room was located above the indoor pool, and it was noisy (+) wonderful pool and high speed wifi (+)clean and friendly the staff were the restaurants and facilities especially the pool and gym were all great (+) good aircon but not over the top, excellent location in the city, friendly staff, good swimming pool

first up, i got a free upgrade on arrival i requested for late check out and i got it

the business centre was a bit basic, and room service was expensive.

was very professional, friendly and accomadating from the bellman to the spa assistant

no buffet breakfast wifi not always working in the room bit old bathroom

there are no dressing rooms in the pool area, so we had to wait around our room for hotel staff before making our way down

place to stay in the middle of the city, the best japanies restaurant zuma on the fourth floor, pool, clean room, great stuff, but the most valuable thing it's the view, we stay on the 18th floor
