pool/hot tub out of order

i was sad the hot tub wasn’t up and running but the pool was basically warm enough!

pool closed and exercise room was not up to par.

so pleased to be able to use the pool/hottub while there

was very kind, the rooms were amazing, the pool was super warm and awesome, and it was just all around an amazing stay

the pool had a little too much chlorine, but my kids still loved it.

the gym, pool, breakfast, cafe, beds, bathroom, quiet level, spaciousness, etc, was all beyond expectations

the pool and gym were great and the room was very comfortable

wish the pool overflow was a real hot tub!

the pool is a little cold, but there is probably a good reason behind that.

indoor pool and gym were closed due to covid-19, and the website only said the gym would be closed

pool was under maintenance but that’s not really a “didn’t like”. no vending machines.

outside door was wide open and people were outside smoking and all the smoke was coming into the pool area

all staff very friendly and helpful. enjoyed the indoor pool.

because i brought the kids to swim for spring break, but richard at the front desk said the pool was down but called the sister hotel so we were able to swim in their pool

only comment (not complaint) i would have is the pool area is narrow and hard to have chairs/layout without feeling a little closed in

everything was amazing. the rooms, the heated pool, the breakfast and dinner buffet.

pool was absolutely freezing so there was no way i was getting in it

nice having an indoor pool for a weekend get away in february

there was no soap in the dispensers, the desk worker left her young children unattended in the pool

jacuzzi wasn t working, outside pool area needs cleaned.

the pool wasn t stocked with towels.
