i booked online and sent a follow-up request to have a ground floor room adjacent to pool - they didn't respond to the email but sure enough, he had us set up for that type of room

hotel is top notch it's extremely clean they have a back area with a pool and also lots of chairs and grassy area for families or whoever to hang out

the room was big enough that i could spread out to wrap all of our gifts, and the jacuzzi/heated pool were marvelous, and open pretty late in comparison to other places i've stayed
