pool was huge, location was amazing and the price was great for the room you get no complaints here

in and was there 20 minutes and wasn’t informed that the pool was closed at time of check in

it was denied, but they agreed to let us use the pool while we waited for our room

the pool was not working and that was one of the reasons we stayed there.

basically everything very clean hotel nice pool area and entertainment entrance was nice also

outside pool was closed for the season

we always stay there when we visit family in kentucky, the staff is great and welcoming, love the pool and hot

always the indoor n outdoor pool n hot tub is always nice n i also like the hours the pools stay open

only thing i did not like was the pool area was very cold so when the kids got out of the pool they were very cold

the towels in the pool area could have been a little bigger if i had to pick something.
