the hotel has a swimming pool and in the same building, there is an arcade videogames center for the rainy days

- they replaced my towels the next morning plys gave me towels for the pool which you can find at the desk before you go take a swim

greeting staff and marc our waiter for breakfast at place dufferin, the bar staff, the pool staff and the cleaning staff (nadia) all made our stay special and memorable (+) the only thing i didn't care for was the pool area (way overcrowded with screaming kids) and the lockers for the spa were not separate from (-)pool area and lack of separate locker area for people going to the spa was a dissapointment (-)pool hours can be a bit longer (i.e. close later at night) to accommodate all guests (+)were nice and newly updated, extremely comfortable bed, loved the work out facility and lap pool (+) great facilities, pool and sauna (+)absolutely beautiful! comfortable room. bed comfy. pool area terrific. service impeccable. (-)everything was great except the hot tub in the pool area was out of order. (-) deck was closed at pool area due to (*) the indoor pool was a bit small but full of happy kids (-)pool in this hotel left a lot more to be desired

the men's spa was part of the pool area which was overcrowded and full of screaming kids

e pizza was actually better than the pizzeria we went to the night

the indoor pool was a big selling point for us staying with kids in the winter time

really nothing! just a lot static at the gym, maybe this is due to the weather.
