ice maker in room didn't work, food was left in fridge from last person and the pool heaters was turned off so water was to cold to swim

we loved the pool as well

the pool is pretty warm but the water coming from the splash pad was super cold

loved the pool and they even have iron and ironing board in the room

pool & gym were closed bc they are renovating the property
