amazing location (steps from the pedestrian village) and the heated pool and large hot tub were amazing (and very private (+) the pool (while a bit small) was quite nice--clean and well supplied with chairs and towels (-)choices was a bit annoying: pool, loby = fine -jacuzzi should be more quiet - floors and elivators can be (+) the swimming pool was an added fun place for our kids, the life guard was nice person (+)at this hotel - everything is great, from the amazing staff, to the great location, very relaxing pool, and very clean and well maintained rooms (+)we loved the spa and outdoor pool ! excellent customer service and very clean room ud83dude42 (+)everything was spectacular, staff, rooms, amenities, food and pool (+) visited the pool and hot tub which was also very (+)the outdoor heated pool, hot tub, sauna, spa and hospitality was fantastic (+)everything about the hotel: location, pool, bed, cleanliness, facilities, staff

since the pool was heated it made it very comfortable for the kids to go in and swim since the weather was a bit chilly for this time of year
