to charge a resort fee even tho pool was closed and we didn t use anything else

staff didn t come back to activity requests besides reminding them, pool was not heated in winter

they lost our lunch order at the pool

no access to the warm outside pool.

in mind for a spring or summer visit so we can take advantage of the hiking, birdwatching and pool experience

the hotel is advertised as having a very nice indoor swimming pool, however the pool was not open for use

wish the restaurant and pool had been open but covid prevented that

the work out room had some good treadmills. the pool and sauna were clean and well maintained.

the pool needed maintenance as the heater wasn’t working.
