kind and helpful staff, beautiful room and balcony and the most fantastic views from the rooftop pool

pool was closed for renovation, but we were notified of that before we arrived

rooftop pool is nice but small so don't expect to have a swim there.

staff, the cleanness, the rooftop restaurant, the pool, the gym bruno, daniel, karla, jessica, lumberte (rooftop), edward (downstairs helped us every (-)wish the pool stayed open later. also wish there was a hot tub, but that's a large wish. (+) -the heated indoor pool stunning -the onsite restaurants -the warm greetings everywhere you go -if you have club (+) the pool was amazing (+) extremely helpful staff who went above and beyond especially francisco at reception, the lovely pool staff and daniel at the entrance who was super helpful with all the taxis and luggage (+) the pool is an amazing experience as well (+)property with lovely staff - gorgeous pool and the rooms are beautiful and clean with views that can t be beat (+) i enjoyed the spacious room, the comfortable bed, the beautiful view of the city, the pool, the rooftop bar, the location, yet the best was the staff (+) the hotel gym and pool are great, and the breakfast is one of the best i've had at a hotel (-)the bad shape of the tiles on the pool, there are some wires exposed!
