the size of the pool and that there is no hot tub

was very clean, and the pool was nicely heated

pool had a sewer like smell, it wasn't pleasant.

because ive never been to a place where every single employee, from the front desk staff to the pool maintenance man, they were all very friendly amd went above and beyond on there customer

loved having two showers in our suite, blankets for the beach and robes for the perfectly heated pool

we loved the food on site, the pool is heated so swimming in 59 degree weather wasn’t a problem

only complaint is that they don’t announce the pool is closed until renovations are complete with no clear date

staff is very welcoming and accommodating, the accommodations were very comfortable, very nice pool area, restaurant was very good

our kids enjoyed the pool although we stay only one night its really worthwhile

the main reason we chose this location was for the indoor heated pool because we love to swim year round and this one was perfect

pool was heated, i was given a ground floor room near the pool as requested

the swimming pool was centrally located for the rooms and was of a good size for a proper swim

the updated room was excellent. i liked the balcony facing the pool.

the room was very big and clean. the hotel is very close to downtown and the pool is nice.

there was a warm pool in the central outdoor space and the hotel was kept quite clean

the pool is a little noise next to the tunnel where everyone loves to honk.
